Use purge often and intelligently. With one button you can remove a couple hundred hp, shields, mana, and an array of other buffs. Place Stoneclaw totem to distract the pet. Use Frost Shock and Earthbind Totem to keep them in melee range. If you are doing things right, you’ll be moving within a small area.
